I have been using computers for over 20 years in a office environment as a secretary and at home.  I work for a local tax and payroll service in Canton, Ohio during tax season. I have extensive experience in Microsoft Operating Systems (Vista, Windows XP, 2000, 98, ME, 95, DOS),  Microsoft Office  (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, FrontPage) and various other graphic and accounting software packages.

I started looking for opportunities to work from home on the internet a little over a year ago (2006) and found a lot of scams but nothing I really believed in. After talking it over with my husband and friends I decided to use my experience to help mom's, dad's, grandparents and home office's use the power of computers and the internet. Things me and my family do every day is what I help others do at there homes.

Now my family is not  normal when it comes to computers and the Internet. My husband was a Internet Service Provider back in the 90's and has worked for Dell, IBM, HP, AOL  and is currently employed as a Network Engineer for a Gold Certified Microsoft Partner in this area. My oldest son is in his last year of school for Cisco Networking. We have a business network in our home and numerous websites and online stores, and we are power sellers on E-bay.
